This is an altered reciped I use. No one seems to make it like I do, so I am sharing it.
Updated – December 9, 2008 (I will post a picture next time I get to make it)
Ingredients
1 pound Large grapes (regular or red – seedless)
2 packages cream cheese
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 cups granola
1 cup celery
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 – 12 ounce whipped topping
Mixing Instructions
1. Put grapes, celery, chopped walnuts, half of the brown sugar, 2 cups of granola, and cool whip in large bowl
2. Take cream cheese from wrapper and soften for 1 and a half to two minutes in microwave.
3. Add cream cheese to bowl and stir
4. Sprinkle last cup of granola and brown sugar on top of contents
5. Put in fridge to chill for 30 minutes
6. Take out and serve. Makes 6 to 8 servings

The whipped topping and cream cheese ratio seems way off. I had to add another pound of grapes and 1cup of granola to the recipe to even it out. It’s way way sweeter tann I thought it would be too

Unless you like something a bit less sweet and artificial, the perhap more natural ingredients are required.
I am not one to go all vegan or totallly for non-sweet or weightloss in this recipe in particular. However, to me, it tastes great and I have servedn this to coworkers as well.
