Well, it has been forever since I blogged about my exercise routine. I almost feel bad about not doing it, but sometimes I have to just do what I have to do and not worry when I am busy. I have been starting to go tanning. However, in order to go tanning, I have to walk about two miles to the tanning place, and then two miles back home.
In a way, tanning has become a motivational reward for exercising. Right now, I am at a point that I need something to start a habit and tanning is something that I have enjoyed. I know as the days get hotter for summer, I might actually have thoughts of regret, but I have promised myself that if the day is not rainy, and if I go tanning, I will walk.
I think that is a good start, plus it is eco-friendly. My gas guzzling Impala is not worth the 4 mile round trip. It is sad on how much I have relied on it in the past to get around town when as a teen, I practically walked or rode my bicycle everywhere.

PaperBeadGirl.com
I came across a most interesting website through Twitter via a tweet that
@Jason_Pollock went through my personal stream. I was like ‘paper beads?’ Yes, I have heard of them, but it has been some time and I remember how I loved how they looked.
However, I also remember how I use to make them as a little girl using a pencil and paper and they were just one big mess. At PaperBeadGirl.com, they sell a utensil called The Paper Bead Roller (the patent is pending, as said on the website.) Now, I am thinking… that is a nifty idea!
It is one of those ideas you wish you had, but who cares… it exists now, so yay! It makes all those days fretting with normal beading because I remember the mess of making paper beads as a kid and teen, just waft away.

Anyway, the creator, Vicki Dehne (
@paperbeadgirl on Twitter) gives a
video demonstration on how to use The Paper Bead Roller and even has some
wonderful purses and even displays some of the projects Vicki has completed using this method. It is actually a DIY crafters dream! If you love DIY stuff and bead making, you should visit
PaperBeadGirl.com. It is a real inspiration. Perhaps in the future Vicki might even have some media or book tutorials of her own to share on the amazing stuff she has already created?

Since I have been in a mood for sumer clothes and that the weather has been great, I thought
it would be perfect to have a blog about flip flops and sandals.
I love shoes and they have to look good, even flip flops. Here are a few I found that are
absolutely wonderful. The selections I have chosen ranged from a cheap to expensive to give quite a smorgasbord.

Warmer weather is upon most of us, so I thought I would drop by my favorite places online and find a few cute things that might be cool to wear, both literally and figuratively. Also, considering some have jobs, these choices are tasteful.
What I like to wear in the summer is sleeveless shirts. Sometimes people might not like sleeveless, but I thought these would be something worth the shot to look at.
